Delivery Time
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately:
- Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (BST/GMT)
- Handling Time: 0–1 Business Days (Monday–Friday)
Transit Times (Monday–Friday)
- United Kingdom: 1–3 Business Days — Ships domestically from our UK warehouse
- European Union & Switzerland: 3–4 Business Days — Ships from our UK warehouse
- United States: 1–2 Business Days — Ships domestically from our US warehouse
- Canada: 1–2 Business Days — Ships from our US warehouse
- Rest of the World: 5–7 Business Days — Ships from our US warehouse
Exceptions
We ship worldwide, with the exception of P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, as our carriers cannot guarantee safe delivery to these destinations.
To avoid delivery issues, please provide a complete and accurate address, including detailed street and house number information where applicable.
Possible Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Severe weather conditions affecting transit routes
- Customs clearance delays in the destination country
- High order volume during peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, holidays)
- Carrier-related issues or logistical disruptions
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Customs Fees
All shipments are delivered without customs clearance. Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges are the responsibility of the customer once the package arrives in the destination country.
- We cannot declare items as gifts.
- We cannot lower the declared value of the goods.

Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link. You will also be notified once your order is marked as delivered.
Shipping Providers
We partner with FedEx and DHL to ensure secure and reliable worldwide delivery. All orders include free worldwide shipping on orders over £40.00.
Shipping Locations
We ship to all eligible countries worldwide, excluding APO, FPO, and DPO addresses due to carrier limitations.
- UK orders are fulfilled from our UK warehouse.
- EU & Switzerland orders are fulfilled from our UK warehouse.
- US, Canada, and Rest of World orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse.
Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please:
- Verify the shipping address provided at checkout
- Check around your home and possible drop-off spots
- Ask household members or neighbours if they accepted the delivery
- Contact the courier using your tracking number
If the package is officially declared lost by the carrier, please contact us. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate. Responsibility for the package remains with Jacqueline van Hoef until it has been successfully delivered to you.
