To select the correct clothing size, we recommend taking the following measurements using a soft measuring tape. Make sure to wear form-fitting clothing to ensure accurate results. If you don’t have a measuring tape, simply contact our customer service — we’ll gladly send you one free of charge.
1.Shoulder

For the Most Accurate Results, Ask Someone to Assist You
Stand upright with a straight back and relaxed shoulders. Start measuring from the outermost points of your shoulders. Ensure the measuring tape lies flat across the front of your body. It will naturally curve slightly to follow the natural shape of your shoulders.
2.Bust

Wear a Bra. Wrap the Measuring Tape Around Your Back, Under Your Arms, and Across the Fullest Part of Your Bust. Make Sure the Tape Is Level.
3.Waist

Wrap the Measuring Tape Snugly Around the Narrowest Part of Your Waist. Place one finger between your body and the tape to ensure it’s not too tight and allows for a comfortable fit.
4.Hips

Wrap the Measuring Tape Around the Fullest Part of Your Hips, Where Your Hip Bones Are Located
